Project Overview

Karbill is a Belgian startup offering a billing and financial management solution for freelancers and SMEs. Our mission was to develop the version 2.0 of their web application, with a modernized user interface and new features to enhance the user experience and productivity.

Challenges and Solutions

User Interface Redesign

The first version of the application had a functional but unintuitive interface. We completely redesigned the UX/UI to create a smoother experience, with a customizable dashboard and optimized workflows for common tasks.

Advanced Billing System

We developed a comprehensive billing system allowing users to create quotes, convert them into invoices, track payments, and set up automatic reminders. The system also supports recurring invoices and customizable templates.

Financial and Analytical Reports

The application now integrates advanced financial analysis tools, with interactive graphs and customizable reports that help users track their financial performance and make informed decisions.

The launch of Karbill v2 led to:
